Meditation is for everyone. Anyone with a body, mind, and nervous system needs practices & tools to cope with the pressures of the world.
In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn the science, philosophy, and practice of meditation, including ways to create a daily practice. Learn to bring peace, calm and balance into the chaos of life.
*mats, blocks & chairs available in studio. Please feel free to bring a notebook, pen or anything else you may need to learn & be comfortable.
